BTR Airport Ambassadors Program

Area college students work part-time at BTR as part of this customer service initiative.

We want to ensure all passengers feel at home, and can get assistance when needed. While BTR Ambassadors cannot take the place of tenant-specific services (airlines, rental cars, etc.), they are there to assist you whenever possible and be customer advocates. Look for them in their blue blazers and BTR polo shirts.
